After you start your service and add items to your cart, we provide detailed packing instructions and a prepaid label option.
How long does service take?
Timelines depend on the work. Simple services may take a few days; more involved work can take 1–2 weeks. We provide an estimate with your quote.
Is my jewelry insured?
Yes. We require a declared value for each item. Your piece is covered during transit and while in our care, in accordance with our terms.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Track your order status from intake to return in your account, and receive updates by email or SMS.
